SKALE Completes Security Audit on Self-Recharging Wallet System

Chadwick Strange
VP of Product

SKALE Network is proud to announce the successful completion of a recent security audit conducted by Solidified, a leading blockchain security firm. The audit focused on the functionality related to the self-recharging wallet system of SKALE manager, which involves a reimbursement and self-recharging process for SKALE validator nodes to be reimbursed for exit and DKG transactions presented to the network, as well as SKALE Chain owner wallets to provide a reimbursement process for certain node operations.

Solidified's audit review which can be found here revealed that the SKALE team has implemented best security practices, demonstrating high code readability and clarity, a high level of documentation, and comprehensive test coverage.

SKALE Network is pleased to report that no critical issues or major issues were found during the audit. Solidified identified only two minor issues, one of which was promptly addressed by the SKALE team. The remaining issue was determined to have a negligible impact on the security of the system.

The SKALE team is thrilled with the results of the audit and will continue to conduct regular security audits to ensure that best practices are maintained to support the decentralized nature of the SKALE Network. The SKALE team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of security to protect the investments and assets of the community and its users.

SKALE Network is proud to be a leader in the blockchain industry, and is committed to delivering a secure and reliable platform for its users. The success of this audit demonstrates the Network’s commitment to ensuring the highest level of security for the community and its users. SKALE thanks Solidified for their thorough review and look forward to continuing SKALE’s partnership with them in the future!
