Welcome the Newest Core Team Member - Ryan Levy, VP Business Development

SKALE has been incredibly busy these past few months, even more so with the most recent announcements around the launch of the SKALE<>Ethereum Bridge and the first set of Dapps that will deploy. In order to keep up with the immense demand for SKALE Chains, we need to keep growing both the community and core team. To make sure we can help scale SKALE, we have added a new core executive to the core team. Please welcome Ryan Levy, our newest core team member who's focusing on business development and go-to-market activities.

Ryan is a very unique individual in that he has both extensive business development and engineering experience. He possesses a rare combination of engineering and sales skills which are critical for connecting to Ethereum Developers and growing larger partnerships. He brings nearly 20 years of experience at startups, including roles spanning engineering, operations and business development.  Much of his career was spent with a focus on all things data and analytics and over the recent few years he found himself drawn to the blockchain and crypto space.

Most recently, Ryan was the Chief Revenue Officer and cofounder of AssemblyDrop, a dynamic AI driven marketplace for intelligently matching buyers and sellers in the building materials procurement space. Before that he was Chief Operating Officer at Knowi, a Unified Data Analytics Platform where he owned company operations, set strategy, and lead sales and marketing. Prior to that he lead strategic programs and operations at Inpixon, an indoor data, security and intelligence company.

Born and raised in South Africa, he then moved to Australia where he spent 15 years in the tech industry before moving to the US. His passion is his kids, and if he could have been anything else, he would have been a teacher. Ryan’s mantra is “Never Give Up” and is something he demonstrates in both his personal and professional life. Welcome Ryan, and looking forward to having you in the community!
