📊 100M Monthly Transactions

In a recent article from Blockworks, SKALE Co-Founder Jack O’Holleran spoke about how fundamental metrics are important in judging the success of a project. SKALE continues to grow in all fundamental metrics, and has surpassed 100 million monthly transactions for the first time. This milestone highlights SKALE’s ability to support high-throughput applications at zero gas cost, cementing its position as the go-to blockchain network for performance-intensive Web3 experiences.

🧱 SKALE Block Explorer 2.2.0 Now Live

The new Block Explorer 2.2.0 is live on all SKALE Chains! This major upgrade introduces a revamped UI, better token and contract visibility, and smoother chain navigation. Developers and users alike benefit from an enhanced on-chain experience across all SKALE Chains.

🌐 SKALE in OurNetwork Layer 1s Issue

SKALE was highlighted as one of the top L1 blockchains in OurNetworks recent L1 report. Despite uncertain market conditions and a drop in market participants, SKALE’s onchain metrics continued to grow in Q1 2025 as SKALE generated nearly 250M transactions and 9.7M unique active wallets, a 46% and 33% quarter-over-quarter increase, respectively.

New SIP In SKALE Forum

A new SIP has been posted to the SKALE Forum, proposing a new type of SKALE Chain: the Performance SKALE Chain. This chain type would consume less resources compared to a Hub Chain and therefore cost less within the SKALE Network. Community members are encouraged to review and contribute to SIP-3.

S2S Transfer Live on Mainnet

The new S2S Transfer feature is now live on mainnet! This capability allows seamless communication between smart contracts across SKALE Chains, enabling more powerful cross-chain dApps.

Podcast Spotlight: Stan on Interoperability
